Whilst high technology is important, equally so are human skills.

Many Charlton employees have been with us for years. Our production staff are all craftsmen
in everything that they do. Others, more recent to the business, bring further knowledge
and additional skill sets of their own.

As well as on the shop floor, we pride ourselves on the day to day efficiency of our office and administration,
our ability to closely liaise with customers and respond to issues as they arise.

A business like ours can never stand still.
